Limited Lifetime Warranty
Our Scout Fly Rods are covered by our Original Owner Limited Lifetime Warranty against breakage or manufacturer’s defects. This warranty is available to the original owner and covers, at The Fly Shack’s option, the repair or replacement of the rod with an equivalent rod.
This warranty does not cover lost rods or rod sections, intentional breakage, or cosmetic wear or scratches.
The rod owner is responsible for the cost of shipping the rod to Fly Shack, Inc., and a reasonable return shipping and handling charge. This charge is currently set at $40.00, however is subject to change as shipping charges rise over time.
Fly Shack, Inc. assumes no liability due to the use of the rod, including incidental or consequential damages.
For repair or replacement, please return the entire rod including broken sections, a short note explaining the problem with the rod, a copy of your sales receipt or invoice, and a check or credit card information for return shipping and handling fee (currently set at $40.00 for U.S. addresses) to the following address:
